Lynsey de Paul (born Lynsey Monckton Rubin, 11 June 1950, Cricklewood, London is an English singer-songwriter. Allmusic journalist, "one of the first successful female singer-songwriters in England. Mostly known with the hit song ´Sugar Me´ (1972).´No Honestly´, which was also the theme tune to a hit ITV comedy of the same name, and provided her with another UK Top 10 hit, peaking at #7. It was taken from her album "Love Bomb" (1975).
